Introduction

Welcome to Mint Mutts. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Client: Any individual or entity that engages in Mint Mutts grooming services.
Service: Any grooming service provided by Mint Mutts.
Employee: Any person formally recognised as providing direct or third party services to Mint Mutts.
Booking: An agreement between the Client and Mint Mutts to provide a service at an agreed time and cost.

Booking: Clients can book appointments via phone, email, or website. Phone or email bookings will require a hard copy of these terms and conditions to be agreed to prior to commencement of the service.
Cancellations:

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost.

Payment is due at the time of service.
We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and contactless payments.

While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and well-being of your pet, we cannot be held liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur during the grooming process.
Clients must inform us of any health issues or behavioural problems their pet may have prior to commencement of the service.
We are fully insured against any negative reaction your dog may have to product or procedures used during the grooming session (assuming all known issues with the dog have been disclosed). We take every precaution to ensure your dog is cared for in the best possible way with the up-most emphasis on animal welfare whilst in our care.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any dog that poses a threat to our staff or other animals.
I confirm that the dog is fit, healthy & vaccinated up to date.
I understand that grooming a sick or elderly dog is done so at the owners risk.
I understand that if my dog’s health causes concern whilst in the care of Mint Mutts, you agree to us seeking veterinary advice at your expense.
I agree that the groomer will not be held liable or responsible for any underlying skin or health problems that grooming may expose.
I agree that the groomer cannot be held responsible for the standard of grooming or mishaps that may occur while grooming dogs with behavioural problems.
I understand that if my pet needs extra time spent on them due to de-matting or behaviour problems, there will be an extra charge for this.
I understand that if my dogs coat is matted, the groomer may have to shave off part of the coat due to the Animal Welfare Act. If this is to occur the pet may take a few days to adjust to their new coat. I understand that when shaving my pet’s coat there is also a risk of cutting the skin.

Any data we hold will not be provided to any other person or business except by law or for the purpose of payment and accounting.
I agree to my dog’s photograph being taken and used on social media and or our website.
I agree to my contact details being stored to enable you to contact me via email, telephone or text for example in emergencies, booking reminders, special offers and dog collection after the service. I understand this can be withdrawn at any time.

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients.
